I’ve always been interested in learning about the world, how the brain works, what makes us act and think the way we do. At first, I explored this curiosity through creativity, but a few years ago I started a more on-point exploration through coaching and psychology. I began my journey at CoachVille LLC and I’ve since discovered that I’m a sucker for uncovering the kindness, the love, the greatness in the people I interact with. Because I truly believe that we are all great at something, we just need the secret recipe for success: an environment that supports us, a strategy that mandatorily includes playfulness and a healthy growth mindset.

I mostly work with people on shifting their mindset, designing their environment, expanding their creativity, and cultivating thriving relationships.

My favorite moment when interacting with clients is when they realize that the narrative that they’ve repeated in their heads is just smoke and they slowly start seeing some of their greatness. It’s the moment when their mindset shifts, when they design an environment they can thrive in, when they’re ready to play. And from then on it’s game on!
