A couple of things that make me happy:
Brands with a story to tell, creative campaigns, happy people, insightful events, aha moments, special projects in the agency the insights from Cristina’s reports, board games, coffee and a good true crime book.

I have always been a creative person, always loved the activities that required arts, crafts and lots of socializing. Time helped a lot in this journey of mine because it made me realize that all I need in order to be fulfilled is to actually get surrounded by things that make me happy.
So, here I am, living the dream I have had since I was in high school and one teacher told me that there are such things as marketing and creative agencies. Say no more!
I did not really know, executive speaking, what I would actually do in an agency and what my role will be, but I can tell you that I have never thought that an activity plan and a campaign mechanism can excite me that much.
I have discovered in the meantime that digital marketing is not a thing that you can put in a corner and tell it ‘You stay here and you change when I say’. It is a living thing in constant change and I think that is our responsibility as specialists in this field to always stay connected to the changes and adapt, find solutions and upgrade the digital activity of our clients. Has LinkedIn changed the way the cover images are displayed? Ok, what are the new dimensions and how can we adapt the cover in order to fit. There is a new plugin for SEO optimization? Ok, what are the advantages and disadvantages?
At Digitalee, I have the time, space and people to further create stories and deliver projects for brands that are inspiring and that really want to change things for the better. I love the fact that we can have a client that is a complete provider for office supplies so that employees can always have a good day at the office, but we can also have a client that makes bikes for kids and they have the most lightweight bikes in the world. And wait, I have just received an invitation from our client Instituto Cervantes Bucarest for an event with the Spanish Embassy.
