Why internship❓
Digital marketing is a whole new world. From developing websites to social media, performance media and SEO. Add on top TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN and of course, some other bigger names. When you understand why it is important to upload only content that was previously SEO optimized or to create a story that is easy to understand for all target groups you will see in an instant the opportunity to start your career in advertising as a digital marketing executive with Digitalee. We are a digital marketing agency based in Bucharest acting under the tagline ”Business Friendship for Marketing Battles” and applying limits to friendships in business when it is necessary regardless of the name of the client or the budget. We want to expand our team with a digital marketing executive position and we think that a 1st year faculty students will be the best fit for this job. Because you can carry on with your studies while gaining experience that will help you for sure in the near future.
A paid internship of 6 months as a digital marketing executive will offer you the opportunity to be the dot that is connecting all the project’s expectations and phases. After the internship you can be part of the team for the next two years in the following scenarios with a new salary & benefits package: 1– 4 hours/day 2– 6 hours/day. Depending on the agency dynamics on projects and your available time, since you are a student, we can have a set-up for full-time.
🌟What is so intriguing about working on digital marketing projects?
We think Crissy can better answer this question since she will be the person with whom you are going to work directly. Something makes her analytical brain be creative around any digital marketing projects or maybe she feels that every project is a thriller novel with a different scenario and she has to put all the persons in place with their roles. Crissy and Irina are on their way to build a digital data & insights working group and you will be part of the process. If SEO projects, out of the box data projects or web development projects are something that you want to do in the future we will be more than happy to have you in our team, for a certain position after the internship ends. Disclaimer here: you will like our vibe a lot or you won’t fit in at all. Both are cool! 🫶
A digital marketing executive role at Digitalee doesn’t have major risks while giving you the nice feeling of getting things done. It will challenge for sure your creative thinking, problem solver skills, and also the ability to be a fast learner. You will feel the taste of real responsibility and have people around you for support whenever needed. Crissy already has a lot of guides made especially for you that will support you along the process. 🙏

We think there are enough things for a part-time internship 😻. Of course, a digital marketing executive in its full-time version is doing many other things in our agency. You can ask Cristina Radu or Denisa Robu about it because they used to have this position too a few years ago. Actually, Naomi was holding this position last year 😉.

⏳What you will have to do during the internship:
- Being physically present in our office from Tuesday to Thursday, between 8:00-12:00 or 9:00-13:00 (you have to choose a time frame and respect it for a minimum of 3 months). Monday and Friday you are working from home. We expect that with this flexible schedule you will be able to fit in your school requirements. On official exam days you can have a study leave. The exception is the first month of internship when we will need you to be physically in the office from Monday to Friday to better assimilate all the information.
- Follow the guideline of each project that will be put at your disposal by your colleague Cristina.
- Ask questions without any restraints if you do not know how to perform your tasks or some information are not clear to you.
- Assume your mistakes without hesitation so we can find solutions together faster and learn from our mistakes (ex: if you deleted some documents, information etc). The longer is the story instead of saying ”It was me!” , the bitter the outcome will turn out to be and sometimes we could even face reputation losses.
- Respect your deadlines and announce before passing the deadline if you cannot handle a project during the mentioned time limits.
- Respect confidentiality regarding our clients and our projects information outside the agency.
- Don’t ghost any of your colleagues’ messages when you are working from home.
- Be egoless with any of your team members (internal & external) or clients representatives. None of us has KPI regarding its ego so we have zero tolerance for arrogance or for internal sabotage activities. We do not spend our time in the office to impersonate Game of Thrones characters, but to build a performant and friendly working environment.
- Show a flexible attitude, not a people pleasing behavior. Flexibility builds business friendships, people pleasing builds toxic positivism. We want the first.
