Case study 4- Re: Asirom
This was the only collaboration that did not end with a business friendship. Long story short, Asirom is one of the top players on the local market for all types of insurance products. They changed their brand, their identity and their core values at some point in time. Then they made a pitch between several agencies to find one that could create and implement their rebranding campaign. We united our digital marketing and strategic forces with the creative ones from Digital Distrikt. We won the auction with something that we considered to be outstanding.
We did the best that we could do after winning the pitch.
We were flexible, not obliging. 🤔
We were delivering projects on deadline. I do not remember one missed deadline. 😌
We were transparent on each digital media campaign.
With 2 months before the due date of the contract I received a short email from them asking to break the contract without any particular reason, just some mumbling words. We did.
Well, they still owe us money. Thank God we have a good lawyer!
Oh, wait! You know what?? Actually there is one thing that mattered a lot on this project. Having always Leila & her team on my side! 🧡Pushing my boundaries to understand that sometimes, even if you do your best job, a client could not be interested in agencies doing their best job. But, in agencies that speak the same language as theirs. It’s not unbelievable, it’s a reality check!
