Case study 1- Re: Nolte Home Studio
I was still working more as a solo-entrepreneur, managing freelance teams here and there, when I met Andreea Piperea, the business owner of Nolte Home Studio. It was 2016. Even though we were already working together on monthly digital marketing actions for Decora House, for more than a year, she decided to organize a pitch for relaunching Nolte communication in Romania. As an entrepreneur, I really understood her desire to be sure that she is getting the best for her brand and a predictable ROI. I always believed in business friendship, I did not know back then that this is the core of my agency, so I got some strategy & strategic reinforcement from my awesome friend Adina. I was, you know, well I have always been down to Earth on my clients, but I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by Andreea’s determination. With her 10+ marketing experience years on Procter & Gamble brands, Andreea was really in the game to have a lot of KPIs done and a very clear brief with what she wanted to accomplish for Nolte. You want to know what happened in the past 6 years? First of all, we won the pitch (🧡).
Then we argued. A lot. On a lot of things. We brought the Nolte Home Studio brand to fairs and exhibitions. We grew the Facebook account, then we started the Instagram account, we constantly did digital media campaigns. We also took a one year break. It was like a sabbatical year but not from work. More from our rampancy personalities. At some point in time we decided to start our collaboration again. We decided that we prefer arguing, reaching our goals and generating ideas, than growing our businesses separately.
